Shukubo Koya-san Eko-inissä on tarjolla japanilaistyylistä majoitusta 1 000 vuotta vanhassa buddhalaistemppelissä, johon kuuluu kaunis puutarha. Saatavilla on ilmainen Wi-Fi. The location, room, garden has awesome atmosphere- I loved the meditation session and the fire ritual! We stayed for two nights and took evening cemetery tour which was informative and mysterious at the same time! Dinners are superb! I booked family room for two of us and it was great and spacious. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in Buddhism or with appreciation of esoteric teachings. Staff is caring and attentive!

Situated in Koyasan in the Wakayama region, 宿坊 光明院 features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. It was my first time staying in a temple. The whole experience was excellent (meditation, morning ceremony and homa ceremony). The monks were very helpful. Everything was very clean. My stay was during winter and my room was heated, which made it comfortable. The food (dinner and breakfast) was great.

清浄心院 is situated in Koyasan, 45 km from Matsushita Park, 47 km from Subaru Hall, and 49 km from Jigenin Temple. It is set 39 km from Kishi Station and features full-day security. The temple building was amazing- so old and beautiful. The staff was very friendly, but most of them spoke very little English. There was some confusion with getting dinner for the evening as it was not included in my reservation. So if you want breakfast or dinner, snd it is not included in your reservation, make sure to tell them you want it as soon as you check in. It was a wonderful experience to stay there! Make sure you go to the Fire ceremony, which was at 1 pm daily. It is free.

Google Translater will help a lot :-)
